The National Health Association (NHA) is pleased to announce the launch of the weekly podcast, Health Science. Hosted by Dr. Frank Sabatino, the show will cover a wide array of topics and feature experts and luminaries in healthy, plant-based living.

Youngstown, Ohio 5, 2022 – The National Health Association, an organization dedicated to educating the public on the benefits of a plant-exclusive, evidence-based lifestyle, is pleased to announce the launch of its newest outreach, The Health Science Podcast

The Health Science Podcast will be focused on raising awareness about the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices to include a plant-exclusive diet, water-fasting, environmental awareness, and compassion for all sentient beings.

In this series, Dr. Frank Sabatino interviews leaders in the plant-based and vegan communities—including authors, doctors and other medical practitioners, researchers, and others who recognize the benefits of a healthy lifestyle—encompassing a cross section of disciplines including water fasting, environmental issues, animal welfare, and promoting a diet centered on whole plant foods that is void of all animal and dairy products.

As the podcast’s host, Dr. Sabatino provides information, strategies, and insights for people to live their healthiest lifestyle possible in a way that is aligned with caring for the environment and compassion for animals. The new podcast empowers, educates, and inspires those who are looking for simple solutions to oftentimes difficult health issues.
