Veguary is a FREE month-long celebration encouraging people to try vegan living during the month of February. This campaign is purposefully situated in the month of February – Black History Month in the United States – to highlight the contributions of Black trailblazers, and the many benefits of vegan living in their communities.
The society will be providing resources to support community and everyone who participates in Veguary. Each day will be filled with new ways to engage, including: vegan recipes, online cooking demos, virtual workshops & interviews, daily informative emails, virtual happy hours, exclusive prizes, and interactive check-ins through their Veguary Facebook group! You can learn more about it at afrovegansociety.org/veguary.
People of all backgrounds and lifestyles are welcome to participate. The Afro-Vegan Society believes everyone will benefit from this information.
